You can choose from these couriers or pick up the items by yourself. | Can I use my own contract logistics service for delivery? |
| | Sorry. Currently DieselBid does not accept logistics service assigned by its members. |
| How do I know my order has been shipped? |
| | Prior to the delivery, DieselBid will update the order status and email a notification to you. |
| How do I track the delivery? |
| | If the logistics service you choose provides online tracking system, we will include the tracking number in your order record. You can key in the tracking number on the logistics service’s web site and tracking the delivery status. |
